It is important that we understand this so that we can ensure we reach as many businesses as possible across our region, making improvements in our engagement practices where needed and thereby maximising our economic success.
This is why we are asking you to complete this survey. Your answers will not be considered when your Made Smarter West of England application is assessed.

The West of England Growth Hub provides tailored support, expert guidance and access to finance and support programmes to small and medium-sized businesses. We bring together local and national business support in one place, making it easy for you to find what you need. We will connect you to the best public and private sector partners and suppliers to help your business develop and grow, but we need your consent to do so.
The West of England Combined Authority is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000. In the event of a Freedom of Information Request asking for any information we hold about you, we will contact you and take into consideration any statement from you that specific information is confidential and not to be disclosed to the requester.
By submitting your expression of interest, you confirm your consent for the West of England Growth Hub team to contact you to discuss the West of England Made Smarter programme.
- I understand that this form does not entitle my company to funding and is in no way a binding agreement between my company and the Combined Authority.

- I agree that West of England Combined Authority will keep my details on file and share or use them where necessary for everything connected to the Made Smarter West of England programme and associated business support services delivered by West of England Combined Authority, or any of the Partnerships West of England Combined Authority works with to provide the service I agree to receive. - I am content for West of England Combined Authority to run a simple credit check through a third party to ensure my business is not an undertaking in difficulty.
- I understand that participating in the Made Smarter West of England Programme can mean that my business will receive Minimal Financial Assistance from £2,300 to up to £33,779 if my application is eligible.
- I confirm that the organisation does not have any Directors who sit on the West of England Combined Authority or Local Enterprise Partnership boards.
